Refund Policy
Effective date: 4 October 2026
Because our products are digital files that can't be returned once downloaded, all sales are final, except in the cases below. We want every family to be happy, so please contact us if anything goes wrong.

| You were charged but didn't receive the file | We resend it within 1 working day, or refund in full if we can't |
| The file is damaged or won't open | We send a fixed file, or refund in full if we can't fix it |
| You were charged twice for the same order | We refund the duplicate payment in full |
| The product is clearly different from its description | Full refund |
| You changed your mind after downloading | Not refundable, but we're happy to help you choose another pack |
| You bought the wrong product and haven't downloaded it | Exchange for a product of equal price |
How to ask for help
Within 7 days of purchase, email craftbyte4fun@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 91135 54123 with:
- Your name and the email or phone used at checkout
- The product name and order or payment ID
- A short note or screenshot of the problem
Timelines
We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card or wallet) within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
School licences
School and bulk orders follow the terms agreed at the time of the order.
